I'm wondering why I insist with doing tech stuff on my websites
It's been a while. I messed up in my configurations and two of my website went unaccessible. I've been struggling yesterday with two of my websites - an SSL issue. It was late, I couldn't fix it. I just had Alexander P. on the chat. 1 minute (maybe) on each domain => Problem Solved. Life is good when you work with WPX. And there's no doubt, Alexander P. is a White Wizard.

Resolved, could use better refund policy.
Update - After my review they refunded the rest of our money. While I appreciate WPX making it right I still feel the no refund policy shouldn't exist to begin with as it hurts the companies who pay for a year and then find out that WPX hosting plans aren't going to get them what they need.
