Had support instantly in live chat with IVO, so helpful in assisting with backup email, wetransfer and trouble shooting some not so obvious issues. great support!

Fast and knowledgeable service
I needed to my sites move to a faster more mature hosting platform and chose WPX based on reviews. I was not disappointed. There were a number of technical problems with the migration process but WPX support was lightning fast and really competent. The whole process was completed in 6 hours. I am really pleased with the service thus far.

Speed and Security is great
Speed and Security is great. Customer service is unbelievably amazing. They are available via the chat box on their website immediately, and they help you with any website issues, often going the extra mile and making certain fixes etc. for you on the back end. an A1 service all round!!!!!!!
