I love WPX support!
Unbelievable support!!!! I switched from Bluehost to WPX 6 months ago and every time I contact WPX chat support, I am reassured that I made the right decision. Today, Ivena was my support agent, who went above and beyond in helping me with my request...from start to finish. The agent was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful!

I have been with WPX about 9 months
I have been with WPX about 9 months. I occasionally have issues with my website (due to me breaking it usually). My previous host would normally take 24 hours to respond and then perhaps 12-36 hours to resolve. Today I broke something on my site. After realising what I had done, I reached out on the chat received a reply within 1 minute. A ticket was raised within another minute and it was resolved in 15 minutes and my site was back up and running. How good is that!! I don't often write ...

OUTSTANDING Service!!!
Literally just chatted with a rep named Nicola. Responded in seconds, and made the needed configuration changes for me! WPX's level of service is OUTSTANDING! After having hosted a wordpress site with 2 other companies, I can't imagine anyone even coming close to WPX.
