Not a good option

It took me 3 days to give up on WPX. Their support is not competent enough for "optimizations". I asked to clean my database only, but what they did was to touch around my LiteSpeed cache settings, and break the whole website. After breaking it, they sent me a report and told me that my website is faster now. Upon checking the report, I thought they were joking with me, but they were deadly serious. Once I fixed the site, I asked them to stop touching my settings. The reply was - Your ...

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. On a Sunday morning at 7h30 AM I got in touch with the support person through their live chat and got literally immediately relative expert-level answers to my question. Typically it would be an annoying bot pretending to be human and pointing you to some FAQ or have some generic answers. This guy solved my question, which is what I'm looking for.
