Very happy with the service given by…
Very happy with the service given by WPX. 25 years using different hosting services and this is by far the best I've had. Support is very helpful... I contacted them via chat as the performance of one of my sites was not that good on gtmetrix (66%). In 5 minutes they had installed a caché plugin for me and set up the CDN to enhance the performance. Now the performance is excellent at 90%. Really happy!

WPX support staff put everyone else to shame because the service is just so incredibly good. The response times are unbelievable and the people on support are brilliant. Super helpful and they provide expert technical help. No being fobbed off by support staff who have no idea! Take note, GoDaddy!

Invaluable Tech Support for a Non-Techie Agency Owner
I own my own small marketing agency. I only started it 6 months ago and am not technical at all. If I wasn't with WPX as my host, I wouldn't be doing nearly as well as I am. I rely on their support so heavily to explain things and work through so many situations that I need help with related to DNS, email, etc. They will make record changes for me or explain to myself and my freelancers anything and everything that we need help with. The best hosting and customer service I have ever encountered. If you are considering wether to join WPX or move from your current hosting service.... then jump head first, you won't be disappointed. My experiences of go daddy and a few others are they never wanted to go that extra mile without having a price fixed to every issue that they seem to always create. WPX are literally a quarter of the cost of those other competitors and a million times more efficient and technically gifted.
