Outstanding customer support
WPX has outstanding customer support. They respond promptly and are willing to go beyond the average host's responsibilities. My website has been overwhelmed by bot traffic but hasn't gone down. They helped me to resolve the issue with bot traffic. I am also satisfied by the speed of my website since has been hosted by WPX. The billing service is also great. When I paid twice by mistake, they returned the money before I submitted a ticket. I am satisfied and will stay with them.
