I've been with WPX for about 6 yrs and am very grateful for all the help they give to keep my site humming. Today Ivena helped with some warnings I was getting from WP site help - within a few minutes she had fixed the problems and updated me on a few that were not needing to be adjusted. I could not have my site working like it does without their help and support - Thanks! Craig.

Switch or Die!!!

I was hesitant to change my hosting provider even though it wasn't working well. However, WPX hosting made the transition easy, and their customer service was exceptional. Every time I log in, a representative is available to assist me, which gives me a great feeling of support. I'm glad I made the switch and I intend to remain a loyal customer for a long time.

They always solve my difficulties FAST

Whenever I run into an issue with one of my multiple sites, I can always get an answer or solution very quickly from WPX support. On this particular date I had Ivan G. and he solved what I thought was a tricky issue incredibly fast. Even if the issue is with another piece of software I am trying to get to work with my site, they offer to login to that software and work it out for me. Just consistently superb service.
