They go out of their way to help me…
They go out of their way to help me when I make a mistake and mess up my site. Always patient and polite. They provide the best service of any company I deal with (not just webhosts). Speed and reliability of their hosting is second to none.

I came for the product and I stayed for the support!
I have been using WPX for some time now, and besides it being an amazing service the customer support in one of the best I've ever experienced. I started out as a grumpy and stressed out customer and was giving them a hard time - and their support team handled this excellently and has since made me a much more confident and calm raving fan of their service! (just recently I was helped by Ilia who did an amazing job!)

Utterly fantastic. No other word for it.
This is my second review for WPX (because they're worth it). Every time I enlist their help they're fast, competent, and incomparably professional. If I could give them more stars, I would.
