I just spoke to Dimitar Petrov. He was so helpful. Very quick with his results. He understood the problem, and knew how to troubleshoot immediately. He knows his job very well, and very excellent customer service. If I could choose who I got to speak to when I need help I would 110% go back to Dimitar. 10/10 Get him a raise :)

Support agents are always there when…
Support agents are always there when you need them. All our very knowledgeable and super friendly. Most recently, Ivena helped me through a difficult migration that I took on myself. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to solve all my issues and share some of her expert advise with me. Above and beyond always by the support team!
