Problem solved in less than 10 minutes
I was struggling with creating a staging website in WordPress so I could recreate a site currently hosted on Kajabi. When I tried, I shut off email and knocked the live site offline. Support agent Bozhidar not only set up the staging site and installed WordPress, he also modified my DNS records so that the live site and staging site worked without a problem -- and did it all in less than 8 minutes. Outstanding service!

Superfast and Helpful support.
I got a domain recently from WPX and when i first contacted them for support within less than 20 seconds it was answered and within the first 90 seconds my issue was resolved. My agent (Ivena) was super helpful. Such quick response time made me wonder if i was chatting with a real human or a well trained bot. Very impressed with WPX so far.

Martin answered my question within seconds and offered an article to read to further my understanding and offered his help should I need it. I was referred to WPX by my coach...now I know why! Great experience so far and I haven't even paid for my hosting yet!

Recently I experienced a problem with my website, it went off with no reason. I contacted Customer service and response was excellent. Martin (an agent) was very thorough, patient and clear. He fixed my problem straight away! He even stayed super calm and helpful when I got angry and frustrated because I lost my backup (due to my mistake, not WPX) 😁. Amazing Customer service, and great agent Martin himself! Highly recommended!
