What do you like best about WPForms? The ease of use makes it quick for me to produce a form for a client, but I can also teach them how to use the plugin in less than 10 minutes and they are off and creating complex forms on their own. SMTP makes mail delivery so much more consistent and I LOVE that the site keeps a backup of messages so my customer can log in to double-check they received all site queries.
