I would say lack of form customization, especially the HTML email part. Also it lacks a custom form on a WordPress Widget. What do you like best about WPForms? WP Forms Lite does what I need for a simple contact form including Captcha without having to pay annually like many others. Drag & drop layout is easy to use. I am trying to create a form that allows clients to provide information that then is copied to a document to file. WPForms makes that possible but it takes a long time.

What do you like best about WPForms? The features and integrations that thy offer is fantastic and the whole form building process is intuitive and easy. What do you dislike about WPForms? It is pricey and I had reservations before going with it. I was so pleased with it that I upgraded to WP-Forms Ultimate. What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you? Integration with Stripe is a great feature as it allows businesses to receive revenues from the WordPress form.
