I would say lack of form customization, especially the HTML email part. Also it lacks a custom form on a WordPress Widget. It is pricey and I had reservations before going with it. I was so pleased with it that I upgraded to WP-Forms Ultimate. What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you? Integration with Stripe is a great feature as it allows businesses to receive revenues from the WordPress form.
