Been in web design for over 15 years but I've only been using WP Engine for over a year and they are worth every penny. They keep your site secure and provide superior customer service. Their chat feature is better than any customer service call that I have had with other companies like Godaddy.

Well organised dashboards, great customer service
I've been a happy and satisfied customer of WPEngine for a few years now. They keep constantly improving their User Experience – the dashboard/system used to manage my websites is well organised and straightforward. Accomplishing any task is rather easy and quick – to be fair the only moments I had issues I eventually figured out they were more related to Wordpress itself as a platform than to WPEngine...

WP Engine's support is incredible
WP Engine's support is incredible. I'm a developer and it's a dream to work with. Most people don't want to spend money for hosting, but they don't realize WP Engine actually saves them developer fees. Between my clients, my sites and an agency I used to work for I've hosted dozens of sites on WP Engine. Seriously. You're doing a great job. I appreciate technology that makes my job easier and doesn't turn everything into a sales pitch.
