The support engineer, Laura - was helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve the DNS propagation issue I had while transferring my site to a new hosting. And this is the norm - their processes and tech support know what they're doing.

Always helpful and informative.
I have always had a wonderful experience with wp engine. they go above and beyond to help resolve any issue I have. The best part is that, if it is something I don't understand, they have no reservation with breaking it down for me to fully understand!. hands down the best hosting company i have ever worked with.

What do you like best about WP Engine? WPEngine routinely updates its infrastructure to make sure that your site is running on the best-fit version of PHP and WordPress. They encourage and auto-update installations to keep you from lagging on security, and if you have a plugin with a known security issue, they notify you. I feel like my sites are safer on WPEngine.
