The best service I've seen
The best service I've seen (and I've been hosting clients for over 2 decades—even fortune 50's). Not since the old Rackspace days has a hosting firm offered such consistently great service, staffed by thoughtful and talented people.

Excellent support, friendly, above and beyond
I received instant help when I contacted the Support Team. It was quick, easy and painless. It sure is refreshing to not have to communicate with a machine or software.

Tech support was perfect. Dean was fantastic help. Fixed my SSL issue for life. I was using and third party. He recommended a better and less of a headache way. 10mins it was done.

What do you like best about WP Engine? They have a very friendly dashboard to manage all your sites, with a couple of free tools that will help you on your sites. We use WPengine to deploy several stores and they are running correctly. We can administrate those all sites easily and fast. Our first stores were deployed very fast in a couple of clicks. Best customer service on the planet
Best customer service on the planet. I have been using WP Engine for years now and every time I have to contact support it's a pleasant experience. The support staff is knowledgeable, polite, and always fixes things on the first try. I've worked with many other hosting providers with atrocious customer support, and I can attest that WP Engine stands out as a shining beacon towering over the subpar competition. Well worth every penny!
