I had a technical issue and within a few minutes I was on with a very friendly and helpful technical support person who took care of my issue and kept working at it until it was solved. Friendly and knowledgeable, and resolved my issue quickly.

Handling of issues is very disappointing

I have been a customer for about 2 years, I have some WooCommerce client sites but no complicated sites/use cases. Up until a few weeks ago I had one bad experience with multiple hours of downtime due to server issues (but that's not what this review is about). On November 8, 2023 I contacted support to talk about modifying my plan and then had a call about it. What followed was 5 stressful weeks of trying to get replies and solutions. WPEngine is the best

WPEngine is by far the best hosting company I've ever worked with in my long 25+ years of web development. Their support team is superb and their security, servers, and management dashboard is amazing.

What do you like best about WP Engine? The support is ideal for a hosting company but having 3 enviornments fresh out the box is awesome. What do you dislike about WP Engine?
