They are the best WordPress host I've used because: - I can talk to customer service people quickly via chat and they are knowledgeable. The best hosting service I've used
Probably the best hosting service I've used. We don't do too much with WordPress, but for the dozen or so clients that need WP, these guys have proven to be invaluable. If only we had this level of service with all our hosting platforms!

Had an excellent experience with their Tech Support (Zac B.). Was an emergency situation and had to learn how to update a page on our site and I'm not a developer. Patiently showed me the steps, sent a video, and walked me through some other minor issues. This is my first customer service interaction and it was great!!!

WP Engine is the best support in the industry. When supporting WordPress there are a lot of client configuration details, dns, plugins that can all effect the site. It would be easy for them to say that it is not something we support, but instead they put knowledgeable people on the line and fix your problem.
