Poor product knoweldge from staff - service offering has huge gaps

I signed up for WPengine after speaking with a helpful sales guy (UK based). The server needed to include 2x installations of Wordpress, one for the website and another for the blog (it was actually a news site for SEO, but for the purposes of this review we will just call it a blog) www.(main)fistwpinstall.co.uk/(blog)secondWPinstall/ I was informed I could do this on the personal plan, no problem. Worst hosting experience ever

Worst hosting experience ever! 3 times in less than 4 months the server was down 5, 6 and 7 hours because of DDOS attacks. Not against us but other websites on the same server. At our old one dollar hosting provider they could reroute DDOS attacks in minutes. But at WP Engine, where you pay at least 30 times as much, they just do not have the skills.
