Sometimes contacting support services can be fraught, not with WPEngine. Everyone was helpful, thorough and communicative.

Reliable, fast, easy to use
We've been using WP Engine for nearly 6 years and never had a single problem with them. Our websites receive millions of traffic every year and we've never had a downtime or issues like that. Most importantly, the customer service team is always helpful, available 24/7, and quick to fix any issues or guide you in the right direction. They are on the expensive side but it's a good investment if you can afford them.
