Used to be the best
Since our bad review in 2020, our customer experience has improved. Edited from 2 to 4 stars. 2020: Used to be very happy about Wpengine, but recently the service level has declined, and the account manager has started using shady sales techniques like saying we have an urgent problem, when he actually just want to sell us an add-on.

Amazing Service all round!
What can i say? Amazing Customer service is the reason i keep using WP. The hosting is amazing too but the customer service is always amazing and they sort any issues same day! I recommend Them to everyone!
