Really liking WP Engine thus far
Really liking WP Engine thus far. Hopefully they continue and don't make changes in the future that degrades the customer experience. I'm really tired of having to switch hosts every 3 years. So far it's been an excellent experience and I'll update my review as time goes on.

Excellent Customer Service and Support
Working with the team WP Engine team has been an absolute pleasure for the past 4 years. From the onboarding process to ongoing support, the team really go the extra mile to ensure we are well looked after. If you are looking for a secure hosting partner with a user friendly dashboard and great team, I would highly recommend WP Engine.

Agency Account is great
We have an agency account. About a year ago, we got assigned a new account manager (Claudia), and she has been great. She knows the industry and has helped me get what I want more than once. WPE knows what is good for a serious WP environment and puts money toward other companies (Delicious Brains) that understand what good WP is all about.
