Not just a bunch of robots

Besides their incredible technical support, their billing team helped me out when I was in a big jam (stolen credit card and family emergency). I ALWAYS recommend WPE to friends and colleagues.

Overcharged - Company Refused To Refund

Well over a year ago, I contacted WP Engine via customer support live chat as I wanted to add 2 extra sites to my hosting. I asked how to do this and the costs involved. They told me the costs to add 2 extra sites would be $40/month extra. They assisted me with the changes and I have been paying $84 per month ever since. Recently, I discovered that WP Engine actually offers a plan that includes the three sites for considerably less than the $84 per month that I have been charged. After ...

"Pretty easy to use"

What do you like best about WP Engine? WP Engine is one of my preferred hosts I use. I recommend it to clients and work on client accounts as a delegate user. Support is great, and the features make sense. What do you dislike about WP Engine? The user interface feels slightly unintuitive to me, but that's probably because I'm bouncing between hosts often throughout the day. What problems is WP Engine solving and how is that benefiting you? Good, high quality hosting for my clients

"The gold standard in managed WordPress hosting"

What do you like best about WP Engine? The one-click development, staging, and production environments are easy to manage. I also like the Local tool. WP Engine seems to be really invested in the developer experience and trying to improve WordPress development in general. What do you dislike about WP Engine? I wish our reps were a little more involved in our agency partnership. I've gotten a few calendar invites from them, only to have them cancel at the last minute. It makes me feel like ...
