Not just a bunch of robots

Besides their incredible technical support, their billing team helped me out when I was in a big jam (stolen credit card and family emergency). I ALWAYS recommend WPE to friends and colleagues.

"Easy to use and reliable!"

What do you like best about WP Engine? Its quick and easy to use. Updates are seamless. Migrations are easy. The best platform for multiple staging sites and diagnostics. What do you dislike about WP Engine? I have found that when applying updates in the dev site any new data that has come through the production site is lost through that short period. For example we lost a claim submission and the client did not follow up for two weeks and was not too impressed we had no details of the ...

Want the Best? Trust WP Engine

The team at WP Engine is by far the best team I've had the opportunity to work with. I trust them with our websites needs, support and performance.

Overcharged - Company Refused To Refund

Well over a year ago, I contacted WP Engine via customer support live chat as I wanted to add 2 extra sites to my hosting. I asked how to do this and the costs involved. They told me the costs to add 2 extra sites would be $40/month extra. They assisted me with the changes and I have been paying $84 per month ever since. Recently, I discovered that WP Engine actually offers a plan that includes the three sites for considerably less than the $84 per month that I have been charged. After ...

We are still not receiving our…

We are still not receiving our customer orders - sent through WP - on our desktop. (We are receiving them on our phone.) Can you fix this?

"I would and do recommend WP Engine to anyone who has or wants a WordPress website. It's superior"

What do you like best about WP Engine? WP Engine's platform is easy to use, reliable, secure, cost-effective and the customer support is second to none. What do you dislike about WP Engine? Nothing I can think of. The platform is better than any other hosting platforms I've used before. What problems is WP Engine solving and how is that benefiting you? WP Engine solves the problem of bad WordPress hosting. There are so many hosting platforms out there for WordPress, and in my opinion, WP ...

"I've used WPEngine for over half a decade, and they're well worth it."

What do you like best about WP Engine? I've used WPEngine for 5 years now, and they've been one of the best and most reliable hosting companies out there. Their support is always helpful, and I rarely need to contact them more than once for an issue. What do you dislike about WP Engine? Honestly? There isn't a lot to dislike. The only thing would be they need a more in-depth usage dashboard, but they're making strides in that. I would also say having the ability to customize a new install ...

"WP Engine is the only go-forward option for WordPress hosting."

What do you like best about WP Engine? Their customer support is by far the most helpful support system I've ever used (not just hosting platforms too, any product or service.) In the decade or more that I've used WP Engine, there hasn't been a single instance where my issue didn't get resolved incredibly quickly after hopping on with their support live chat. In addition, their UI is extremely intuitive and fast, and allows me tons of freedom to set up my servers however I want. What do you ...

"The gold standard in managed WordPress hosting"

What do you like best about WP Engine? The one-click development, staging, and production environments are easy to manage. I also like the Local tool. WP Engine seems to be really invested in the developer experience and trying to improve WordPress development in general. What do you dislike about WP Engine? I wish our reps were a little more involved in our agency partnership. I've gotten a few calendar invites from them, only to have them cancel at the last minute. It makes me feel like ...

"Best of Class for WordPress Sites"

What do you like best about WP Engine? With WP Engine, sites rarely go down, migration is easy, and they provide a ton of great tools for managing your sites. What do you dislike about WP Engine? It's a little more on the pricier side compared to standard hosting packages, and bandwidth can play a larger role in your plan than you may realize. What problems is WP Engine solving and how is that benefiting you? With tools like WP Local, WP Engine makes building and deploying sites in a ...
