A great CRM system and has helped improve communication as well

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really like the fact that WORKetc is more than just a CRM system to keep all of our contacts in one place. We use it for everything from building our sales leads to the backstage process for each of our services and engagements. What do you like best? It is really easy to use - and allows us to send out beautifully formatted emails What do you dislike? that I cannot change a date of a record. If I accidentally enter a record on January 1, which should have been entered in December, I cannot fix it myself. WorkEtc. will do it for us, though - for a price. Excellent all in one CRM and more

What do you like best? I have three favorite areas of Worketc. First, it is an excellent CRM database which lets us keep track of our customer info. We can drill down to a customer record and see all of their tickets, invoices, etc in one place. Second we love worketc for the support tickets. Lets you do many things in one software easily

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? WORKetc is very easy to use and lets you do many things in one , like project management and CRM software. I also like being able to transfer emails from Outlook to WORKetc thanks to the add-in feature.
