"A great way to recognize your coworkers"

What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)? Its the best to incentivize a coworker, a manager or any other person who works in a company to recognize the hard work and any help anyone might have given someone. Because since there are rewards attached, it makes for a better way to have someone publicly or privately recognize someone.

What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)? Being able to recognize & be recognized by your peers whether immediate team members or company coworkers is really great to let them know that their contributions to the company goals are much appreciated. The rewards system is also incredibly fun and gives you more incentive to take pride in your job. Overall it's a great site.

The most helpful thing about WorkTango is that it motivates me when I'm feeling overwhelmed and helps me see what my colleagues believe are my strengths and what I could use encouragement on! Once, I felt like my hard work was going unnoticed- but I received "Recognition" from a teammate that brightened up my spirit and made me feel valued.
