A familiar UI but lacking in management tools
What do you like best? I like how facebook has kept their recognisable and intuitive interface and introduced it to the workplace. What do you dislike? Their use of groups is not too dissimilar from Yammer and I wouldn't recommend making the transition from Yammer to Workplace based just on the UI. Proper management and analytics functionality would justify the change but until then I'll continue to support Yammer. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't just move ...

Familiar interface for the masses
What do you like best? Everyone is familiar with the Facebook UI, so it's incredibly easy to get mass adoption quickly. What do you dislike? Search - it's near impossible to search for something within FB Workplace even when you know the exact terms to search for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visibility, transparency and general over sharing. Collaboration was the original intent, but FB makes for a poor collaboration space.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It was much ...

Workplace By Facebook is a more efficient alternative to texting & email
What do you like best? Workplace keeps my inbox and texts free of simple questions and business chatter with my coworkers. All messages are in one place, organized, searchable and easily reviewable. What do you dislike? A bit of a learning curve. Unfortunately can only add people who have email addresses within your corporate domain. Facebook Workplace Review
What do you like best? I like that it is a Facebook-like platform to connect with your coworkers without needing to connect on your personal Facebook account. What do you dislike? I dislike that you cannot connect your personal Facebook account and it needs a separate URL. Difficult to remember to check because you can't toggle back and forth. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ways to connect with coworkers on one platform and share links.
