Integrating work with your social circle

What do you like best? I like that this program offers a fast and easy way to communicate with my colleagues online while at work. What do you dislike? I dislike the name Facebok at Work as it implies that I am surfing facebook in lieu of working. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving business problems as they come to me by being able to casually and comfortably communicate my concerns without the animosity of an email.

Pretty good social network for work

What do you like best? All the Facebook features (emoticons, reactions, polls etc. What do you dislike? It's difficult to find a topic Im looking for. Also, I do want to receive notifications for all posts/comments (even if I haven't commented on all of them without having to enable the notifications for each of them.
