What do you like best? It was a place we could all communicate together in our department. What do you dislike? It’s just another social media site that you are getting notifications from. Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s good for departments to get together with their ideas. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s great to have a place where people can communicate at once instead of sending mass emails.

Awesome solution for interal communication, sharing ideas and connecting inter-offices.

What do you like best? Ease of use is amazing. This was the key decision for our organization to help increase user adoption. Both the web browser and app are very familiar. The set up is also really easy. What do you dislike? Support responses are quick, but the get an invoice request complete takes longer than I expected. Workplace by Facebook is almost like Linkedin but better.

What do you like best? I like that it is secure and the page is visible to only people who have access to it. What do you dislike? I feel like it should be integrated with Facebook better. Just another channel in the work space that is not offering anything new

What do you like best? You could see when people had read or seen an article or posting you placed on workplace What do you dislike? I don't feel like workplace adds any unique tools/features than anything thats already out there. For me its another channel that I get emails from. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Company tried to use it as a central place for communication but ultimately had too many channels that all did the same thing

What do you like best? Grouping colleagues and sharing was simple and easy to do. What do you dislike? Wasn't intuitive to some of our "older" coworkers.
