A Fantastic Team Collaboration, Work Chat, and Multi-Office Social Tool

What do you like best? We loved using Workplace by Facebook as a team collaboration tool as well as a person to person chat tool. We also loved using it as a place to keep the office social. What do you dislike? The major flaw with Workplace by Facebook is that each time you send a file through chat, and the user opens it, the receiver ends up getting bumped into the Facebook.com domain.
