What do you like best? Keeps work chat and frivolous chat separate. What do you dislike? Not everyone is on and responds to Work Chat messages. In the end, Whatsapp becomes the easiest method to contact people. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Inability to reach everyone through Workchat. Only connects you to people in the government. Keeps work and frivolous chat separate.
