What do you like best? I liked the user friendly application. It can easily go with anyone. What do you dislike? Well there is nothing to dislike, but yes there is the monopoly by Facebook, they have got all the data. Recommendations to others considering the product: See, it's nice ofcourse but in needs ti set up call center before go live. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No call center during outage.
