Familiar Feel Makes This Product Good

What do you like best? I like that the layout is almost identical to Facebook. Almost everyone has a facebook profile, which means that everyone will immediately know how this product works. What do you dislike? There are some odd integrations with Workplace Chat (the IM software by Facebook that could be better. Recommendations to others considering the product: Using Zoom allows you to have screen shares with multiple users What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Great Internal Tool for our Company

What do you like best? It's a great way to share news with your entire company OR just specific groups that the news applies to. It's very easy to insert links, tag co-workers, share pictures, etc. What do you dislike? Sometimes groups can be a little confusing when you're trying to add yourself to it. It's very similar to Facebook, just a little different, so it's relatively easy to figure out. Recommendations to others considering the product: I'd highly suggest it. I've used ...

Still playing around with it

What do you like best? The ability to have 'a Facebook-like' site where you can interact only with people from your workplace and keep it more professional. What do you dislike? Can't tell exactly what but I'm still not THAT USED TO IT and found it boring for moments... Recommendations to others considering the product: Make it more attractive to use, maybe... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The communication with some people at work.

Confusing to most of our company

What do you like best? Nothing - we couldn't understand why we were using h it when there are many ways to communicate already. What do you dislike? Our company abandoned this fairly early on. There is really no reason for this app at all. Recommendations to others considering the product: Before investing the time, make sure you will use this. We didnt because there are already tons of places we communicate. This was redundant and we stopped using it almost immediately. No one ...

Boost to office morale

What do you like best? I love that it's a sight just for those in my work place. I felt like it greatly boosted team morale. It also helped me stay connected to what was going on in other departments, not just my own. What do you dislike? There seems to be a few too many notifications. It's probably just glitchy but it seems like it's not picking up that Ive already viewed and clearing my notifications. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great tool for ...

Great for some things....but could improve

What do you like best? We use workplace as one of the primary forms of communication in our organization. It's great that you can see which users have viewed an announcement. And it's easy to use since most people are accustomed to the Facebook model. What do you dislike? Information is often hard to find because the News Feed is just a random assortment of posts. It's not in chronological order. That is my biggest complaint. Recommendations to others considering the product: Please ...

Positive and fun experience combining business and a workplace community together.

What do you like best? I like Facebook workplace because we have a multiple campuses and that workplace brings us all together as a community workplace over over 1000 employees. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping all employees up to date on events, job training, ...

Needs more attention to be useful but has potential

What do you like best? I like the fact that this is backed by facebook, which provides the confidence that this product will continue to be supported into the future (unless it fails like Google+. What do you dislike? It's just not there yet. We were looking for more of a minor task management platform that allowed us to get off of facebook messenger group chat and better organize our thoughts and plans. We, instead, are still using Google Docs. We'd really like to use this but it ...

What do you like best? It provides you a private collaboration area for your team members to execute a project. What do you dislike? It has all the features of Facebook so monitor your notifications or youll be bombarded with them.
