What do you like best? Easy to use and this is a tool that everyone is using now days. The younger generation like to communicate through messenger, so having facebook as a business is a must. What do you like best? Connectivity with other peers. Seamless crowd and friends streamlining. What do you dislike? Limited in sharing features outside of groups. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great social implementing tool that can be molded towards a lot of business needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It feels familiar, it is essentially facebook, but for work only, it's great What do you dislike? What do you like best? Great for communicating between colleagues at the office. Easier than having to email each other, and provides a social aspect of the workplace. What do you dislike?
