60 days w/ Workplace (aka FB@Work)

What do you like best? Easy to use, intuitive - good job keeping the interface consistent w/ FB What do you dislike? Curation (or lack thereof - given a large organization like ours, people are using Workplace like they use FB. As a result, the quality of content is far from what might be considered optimal given a work environment Recommendations to others considering the product: Useful "social" tool at workplace - effective for sharing company news and business updates, ...

Use product in the workplace for colleague communication

What do you like best? The ease and less formal piece. The idea is to apply ideas from the consumer edition of Facebook—like sharing status updates, posting articles in newsfeeds, and group chats—to the business world. Facebook’s “work” edition looks a lot like the consumer edition, but the focus of the information shared there will, generally speaking, focus less on personal revelations like baby photos and more on project updates, sales leads, and customer service problems. What do you ...

Facebook at Work

What do you like best? I think it's cool that there is another way to stay connected with colleagues. What do you dislike? I personally think it's confusing. The platform isn't as easy to navigate as normal Facebook. Also, I am not sure if my employer needed another platform for communications. It seems like too much. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I think it helps us become more connected on a personal level?

Personal Workbook Account

What do you like best? Workplace allows you to share with the right people . This is helpful when filtering information in a large company. These groups also help everyone stay on the same page. The downloadable application makes taking care of business on the fly easy! What do you dislike? ...

Open Communication

What do you like best? The ability to create events for things that are happening at my company. What do you dislike? I do not like how this is just another place of communication that some people see and some people dont. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communicating more efficiently and also showing what is happening in real time in other offices. So far we have benefiting from interacting with eachother when we are not in the ...

Using Facebook at Work

What do you like best? Facebook at Work offers a familiar interface since it is laid out just like Facebook for personal use. Posting function is easy to use with tagging specific team members. What do you dislike? People are not used to going onto the site daily/frequently to check, so often notification is turned on. That means we still are not getting rid of emails - it becomes one extra thing to do to post/to go out to the site to check when alerted, instead of reducing email ...
