Experience has been really good.

What do you like best? I use it especially to make announcements of key Business wins and this seems to be the best way as it is more interactive than a mail. Moreover, corresponding with colleagues (on various topics is much more fun on workplace that just an email. What do you dislike? Not much really - being an open forum people may have some cons of its own but not much to dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quite a few - We ...

It's been great so far at breaking down silos in the organisation and has encouraged conversation

What do you like best? It really helps to encourage conversation between people that have never met, to link people in to initiatives that may be interesting to them that they would otherwise not know about. I've also seen lots of examples of people commenting and having dialogue with the senior leadership that otherwise wouldn't have happened. What do you dislike? The group functionality isn't working perfectly for me yet. I would like to see sub-groups if possible. I'd also like to ...

We are more able to handle simple internal communications off of email and preserve inbox space.

Limited relevance to our team

What do you like best? That it's a familiar format as most people are already on Facebook What do you dislike? That it's another website to look at to keep up to date and that not everybody uses it and it's easy to miss information Recommendations to others considering the product: Everyone needs to be invested in using it for it to be effective What problems are you solving with the product? Use FB@work on a daily basis at my job as a marketing associate at an international newspaper

What do you like best? I like the groups, it feels more light hearted than emails. Since where I work has international offices it's a good way to keep up with employees in different offices that you may have a colder relationship with otherwise. What do you dislike? Even though we know it is secure and private, it still feels like a social platform and definitely has not replaced internal emails another problem is having too many platforms (FB@work, salesforce, gmail, ect that it ...

Facebook @Work

What do you like best? A good social network where all the members of the company can come and interact in a more informal way than what can happen over emails and chats. Glad that we can share so much now with our office mates as well and make lasting relationships. What do you dislike? Facebook at work is generally not more active among many members of the organization. Something needs to be done so that it can be more interactive and people stop viewing it as 'face-booking' at work ...

60 days w/ Workplace (aka FB@Work)

What do you like best? Easy to use, intuitive - good job keeping the interface consistent w/ FB What do you dislike? Curation (or lack thereof - given a large organization like ours, people are using Workplace like they use FB. As a result, the quality of content is far from what might be considered optimal given a work environment Recommendations to others considering the product: Useful "social" tool at workplace - effective for sharing company news and business updates, ...
