What do you like best about WorkHub Tasks? Task management tools, in general, provide a more efficient way to handle customer inquiries that come in through email and other channels. Our agents appreciate the ability to communicate privately with one another inside tickets for background information. The software keeps all of our support requests in one place, making them simpler to identify and manage than traditional emails.
