What do you like best about Workday Talent Management? I like that I can see my reviews (as well as manager if the setting alllows) to track my goals and improvements throughout the year/quarter. All of the reviews are in one place and makes them easily comparable. I also like that you can customize your dashboard based on what your companies need is. There is also a "give feedback feature" where you can post positive experiences with coworkers on their profile for the company to recognize.

"Powerful API, but a bit clunky"
What do you like best about Workday Talent Management? The APIs provided by Workday provide all of the tools required to automate and integrate with local systems in real-time. The structure of these services can be a bit clunky - while it looks like they are working on REST implementations, the bulk of the work still needs to be done using SOAP APIs.
