What do you like best about Workday? Workday has allowed us to combine 4 or 5 different HR modules/processes into one single system. This has made it easier for us to maintain the proper resources and staff to cover this setup instead of different staff and resources for each of the 4 or 5 previous systems that we used.

"Easy on users, not so much on administrators"
What do you like best about Workday? Easy to use for HR self-service tasks if I'm an employee. Time off requests, etc, are a breeze and I find it quite easy to look things up, make corrections, and access my personal information.
