What do you like best? We've recently implemented workday and it has been a lifesaver when it comes to headcount tracking for our departments. It is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate. What do you like best? I think it is beneficial to be able to track your hours, applications, tax documents, etc. all in one streamlined place. Before, I had to go to multiple portals to look at such things. What do you dislike? It is not very user friendly- especially when accessing the cite via mobile browser on an Iphone. What do you like best? the organized icons for what you are looking for are nice. it is simple to find where you want to go colors are calming What do you dislike? once you get in to the icon, it gets difficult. I really have the absence part. IT is hard to figure out how many hours/days of vacation time you have left. Very efficient system for application tracking
What do you like best? Super easy to manage the status and share data on applicants. Very useful during interviews. What do you dislike? It is kind of buggy when you have a lot of applicants.
