What do you like best? We've recently implemented workday and it has been a lifesaver when it comes to headcount tracking for our departments. It is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate. What do you like best? I think it is beneficial to be able to track your hours, applications, tax documents, etc. all in one streamlined place. Before, I had to go to multiple portals to look at such things. What do you dislike? It is not very user friendly- especially when accessing the cite via mobile browser on an Iphone. Very efficient system for application tracking

What do you like best? Super easy to manage the status and share data on applicants. Very useful during interviews. What do you dislike? It is kind of buggy when you have a lot of applicants.
