What do you like best about Workday HCM? User friendly UI and easy to understand options allow one to explore different options with much easy. The creation of reports is very interesting, for any given Sup org. Establishing calculated fields for a specific path function is a feature which is the hook for me.

What do you like best about Workday HCM? User friendly UI and easy to understand options allow one to explore different options with much easy. "Great internal software to help with expenses!"
What do you like best about Workday HCM? The most I have used Workday for is to claim expenses for travel. The user interface of Workday though, is incredibly easy to utilize.

Workday HCM has all the pieces of employee management you would want - onboarding (payroll, employment verification, legal, etc.), offboarding (account management, equipment retrieval, deprovisioning, etc.), templates, performance reviews and feedback, integration with learning and development software, integration with compliance software, and an applicant tracking system.
