Workday seems simple but..
What do you like best? It integrates pay, personal info, and reports all in one spot. What do you dislike? It's so much more confusing than it has to be. Doesn't accurately transfer time worked. Recommendations to others considering the product: Patience! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is less time consuming to be able to report time sheets and view requests and reports in one place

Not at all user-friendly
What do you like best? I guess the profile is cool and the fact that you can view and edit your time add but beside that the site sucks and makes no sense at all. Most of my colleagues would agree. What do you dislike? Difficult to navigate- I tried to edit my development plan and I can’t and no one in my HR dept is able to help. The whole site makes absolutely no sense. What do you like best? Utilization of available features across the platform. What do you dislike? Requiring the use of the “actions” button instead of the home location. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to adequately manage data for my work enter and realize gaps in talent or quickly open up positions to manage talent pipeline.

Workday is helpful because it puts everything I need in one place
What do you like best? I like that Workday acts as a platform to put so many different work related sources like onboarding and HR in one place What do you dislike? The Workday message system can be confusing to use sometimes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like that Workday has the multiple applications for me to use What do you dislike? I think that the messaging system on Workday is a bit confusing at times. What do you like best? that most things that I am looking for are through the portal, i like the layout and the categories are very clear What do you dislike? I dislike that most of the time when I need to look up something specific i have a hard time locating it and there isn't a search function that works well What problems are you solving with the product? Fantastic software for all of your HR solutions
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of entering expense reports, which can even be done by scanning the receipts by your phone. Everyone can do this easily by mobile app or web based application. Workday is very complex and contains all your HR data including your pay and position, and you can easily see things like your career progress and your CV.
