Live Chat tech support feature invaluable

I watched a webinar today hosted by WorkCast & specifically found the Live Chat Technical Support feature useful. The team were quick to respond & friendly and helpful in their suggestions. Tech issues during webinars are SUCH a common occurrence so in my opinion this feature is plugging a gap in barriers to webinar watching.

Just brilliant customer service

If ever I have an issue with my events, the Workcast support team are on hand to help - if it's a fiddly, tricky or unusual issue, or if it's a blatant, obvious question which I should know the answer to, they're helpful.Katie usually deals with my support requests, and she's always super helpful, patient and happy to jump on to the event studio and talk me through any queries I have.
