The site couldn't handle the traffic…

The site couldn't handle the traffic going to a University Open day, so stopped allowing access even to people who had signed up. If their servers aren't capable of supporting the number of people that sign up to an event, they need to restrict the numbers that can sign up in the first place.[Update]Once logged on to the site, although slow to load pages, it seemed a good and well thought out site.Have raised the rating accordingly.

Can't even handle virtual open day…

Can't even handle virtual open day traffic. The team at WorkCast either has a naivety or an ignorance problem. It shows a distinct lack of quality and/or experience when you are unable to handle the requests of more than expected user numbers. What was the process that you went through when you decided how many server resources to give to the Bristol Open day event? We are in the middle of a pandemic for Christ's sake. Slides do not update automatically. Unreadable image text.

Slides do not update automatically: I have to leave and rejoin the seminar between each slide.The image quality of the presenter's shared screen is so poor, that I cannot read the texts !This has ruined the seminar for me.The audio was reasonably understandable.

Really unimpressed with this webinar…

Really unimpressed with this webinar platform. I used it for the first time today to chair a webinar that had several speakers. Despite having a fast internet access the platform was extremely sluggish, taking around 5 seconds to send chat messages and open questions. The worst was that it simply threw out 2 of the speakers multiple times for no apparent reason. I’d avoid workcast like the plague.

Excellent delivery of a challenging project.

I had my first webinar today and Jayde was very helpful!

I had my first webinar today and was very nervous about it! But Jayde Merrington made me feel at ease and ensured that everything was running smoothly. I felt so much better after speaking to Jayde and really appreciate Jayde's support. Feeling very satisfied this afternoon and am excited to be doing more webinars with Workcast in the future!
