Workbooks has a great level of customisation available, meaning we can edit all the record types in terms of how they look, what must be filled and what is shown for certain people if necessary What do you dislike? What do you like best? What I like best about workbooks is that is so big and has so many information that you can access to, it has everything in it. What do you dislike?
