Great customer service and the product is excellent and effective!

What do you like best? I really like that we can add our OKR's and manage the entire team using Workboard. Team tracking and workstreams have come in handy and allowed us to organize our projects efficiently. What do you dislike? There isn't much not to like about Workboard! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Addressing the need to manage our team and goals

Keep your team on the same page and get more done with less time!

What do you like best? The way you can easily create tasks and have productive meetings. This changes how we capture meeting tasks and delegate these items to the team. What do you dislike? The response of the system can slow down a little. I'm confident this will be addressed over time as the platform evolves. Also, it's hard to impossible to use Workboard in a plane when the Internet connection is very slow. An "offline" mode would be very cool. Recommendations to others ...

We LOVE Workboard

What do you like best? Workboard keeps our company organized. Prior to utilizing Workboard we had no way to track things in our small company. This provide the accountability we need. Love the fact that Workboard integrates so nicely with our emails. What do you dislike? Some of the items in the tasks are a bit imbedded and cumbersome to access. What do you like best? Delegating assignments and receiving updates from the team. What do you dislike? The mobile app is a little limited, to just yourself. But overall, I am happy with the product. What do you like best? It actually stores information in the way that we use it - the actions that we take align with our goals and all of that information moves easily in and out of meetings, so that we can spend more time getting work done than recording notes and making sure people are doing what they are supposed to do. What do you like best? I like everything. The ability to stay connected to my team and all the work we're doing. What do you like best? A management app must be comprehensive. What do you like best? The ability to creatively design teams. Ability to monitor and identify strengths and areas for improvement in our performance both internally and with other departments.
