Great customer service, rapidly improving product

What do you like best? Focus on alignment, tracking and achieving goals, fantastic support response time. Other tools can do similar things, but lack the focus. What do you dislike? Lots of bugs, slow webapp, lackluster mobile app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating and tracking OKRs. What do you like best? Running with multiple objectives for the year, Workboard allows me to quickly see the status of progress for each different project leader and how we're all moving as one toward the end objective. RBRs have saved the team a ton of time in terms of crafting time-intensive powerpoints for weekly touch point meetings. A tool that helps to hold you accountable

What do you like best? I love the transparency that it provides throughout the organization. I can see what others have as a task or key result that is dependent on me and vice versa. It's like muscle memory for tracking OKRs. The ability to schedule 1:1s and to assign objectives or key results that they are responsible for is great for keeping teams on task and aligned.
