Awesome Company, Awesome People!

What do you like best? The Workboard group were great throughout the decision-making process of "which solution to purchase" and continued that excellent service/communication during the implementation phase. They were very responsive to any needs for training, coaching, etc. They "pushed" us just enough to take ownership internally maybe a little sooner than we would have on our own, but that was also great. Excellent customer service; great product experience overall!

What do you like best? It really helps me organize my most important tasks, track my progress against those tasks and it provides a great platform to communicate with my team. What do you dislike? There have been a few very Minor (emphasis) technical glitches. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Just staying on task with some of our most important Objectives. WoBo has really helped us focus on the right things.

Workboard is the best tool for managing OKRs that are aligned to our strategic imperatives!

What do you like best? The Workboard tool is easy to use and provides all employees visibility of OKRs across the entire organization. The tool also allows you to align to OKRs above and below a specific org providing key insights into the metrics we use to measure our business. Great "operating system" for leaders

What do you like best? I really like the systematic approach of setting objectives and key results on a quarterly basis, making the priorities of the organization transparent to everyone, seeing the progress as the quarter goes along, and then capturing lessons learned and repeating the cycle. Good platform that could have a smoother user experience with great customer service.

What do you like best? i like that you can be flexible in how you measure KRs and can tie alignment up and down the department. What do you dislike? it's slow and hard to update things easily from the main team workspaces. i also wish the Full Alignment Report: Next Level Alignment was editable. if a department has many teams you can only see the full alignment in the Next Level Alignment. each department and team workspaces are separate from each other. What do you like best? Lots of options to roll-up and mirror data minimizing duplication of entry and providing a variety of options for visibility and input What do you dislike? What do you like best? Grants all employees with visibility into company-wide OKRs. What do you dislike? As a daily user, I haven't experienced any pain points or come across anything I dislike. What do you like best? I love how easy it is to engage and interact with the data, and we can take ownership of our team's behavioral outcomes through the Biz reviews and spider chart. Excellent tool for a holistic view of all of your company's important strategic priorities

What do you like best? When leveraged to its full capacity, WorkBoard can be a very effective tool to collaborate seamlessly with your organization. I think the one thing I like the most is the ability to track projects/initiatives while also being able to request progress, share documents and assign to-do's to keep everyone moving forward - all in one place. What do you like best? WoBo enabled us to align on business results, and it changed the culture of our division to be more outcome oriented.
