What do you like best about Workable? What I like most about Workable is that it allows me to handle the entire recruiting process in one place, from posting jobs to tracking candidates. I really appreciate that it keeps a history of all applicants and interactions, which makes it easy to stay organized and revisit past candidates when needed. What do you like best about Workable? Workable is one of those tools you don’t need a 3-hour training to figure out. It’s clean, intuitive, and works just as well for my recruiters as it does for hiring managers. Getting started was painless without having to drag IT into the project, just plug in and go, which let my HR and recruitment teams hit the ground running. What do you like best?
