What do you like best about Workable? I like the easy filtering in Workable, which really helps in narrowing down candidates efficiently. I appreciate the clean UI/UX and the good API capabilities that allow us to import sourced clients smoothly. What do you like best about Workable? Very well designed ATS and very user friendly. Great intergrations, UI/UX and performance is top tier. What do you dislike about Workable? Not able to save offer letters while they are being reviewed. It would be nice to have a feature to send offer letters to hiring managers for review withouth having to retype the offer letter.

What do you like best about Workable? I find Workable incredibly valuable for automating the process of sending offer letters, which was previously a struggle when done manually. It's a relief to have this streamlined. The initial setup of Workable was very easy thanks to the helpful representees who provided clear, step-by-step instructions. What do you dislike about Workable? I don't like that Workable generates random employee numbers. It would be great if it could not auto-populate those.

It's great that the system finds their current social media platforms and lets me engage with them. It's also amazing how I can use an old resume and see how candidates have progressed over the years. The workflows and templates make it much quicker to move applicants through the customizable stages.
