Solid app, good workflow

Solid app with a clear, easy to use workflow. This is a good example of a SaaS app that nobody talks about because it just works and everyone is able to get on with their day. I wish everything we used was as no-nonsense as Workable.My only complaint is that several of the pages/page sections are too slow to load when browsing through candidates, but they are not slow enough to consider using another app.

Just workable

Initial integration of workable was difficult and slightly fraught. Once it was in place we had to get to know the application. It does what it needs to...but the UI needs a complete overhaul. It's not intuitive and not user friendly. A more tab driven layout would help. The software itself is buggy and does some very random things from time to time. Yes we can manage our hiring via the tool, but it has a long way to go to warrant a 5 star rating.

Great addition for recruiting managers

What do you like best? Workable was incredibly intuitive and user friendly, and was constantly updating the software to become more user friendly, and better integrated. I liked that I could make sponsored posts to Indeed and LinkedIn straight from Workable, rather than having to go to each individual job board, and each external job board post linked candidates to our job page - something that more sophisticated ATS are still lagging in. Great ATS with lots of benefits

What do you like best? Easy to use, makes managing candidates really simple and i like that you can tag colleagues and have conversations regarding candidates. What do you dislike? The mobile app version isn't anywhere near as strong. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Loads of time saved, not losing track of any candidates.

What do you like best? Workable is streamlined and very efficient to use. Not only do you have multiple pools of candidates to choose from you can share candidates between recruiters and positions. You can also move candidates stage by stage in the hiring process, anywhere from reviewed all the way though to hired. This allows an easy streamlined pipeline of use when dealing with multiple applicants. Searching through applicants is also easy as well. You are able to filter through names, ...

Great support! easy to use

We have been using workable for just a bit of time and I absolutely love the support, it's fast and effective. The program has helped us save a lot of time and organise our applications in a comprehensive way. I personally love it.

Great platform!

Great, platform and their support staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. When I drop a ticket, I know it will be resolved quickly. I have nothing but nice things to say about this company.
